Odd vomiting

To start I have had migraines since I was about 12, and have been able to keep them slightly under control with medication, however as 19 I am facing a new issue. About a year ago I began vommiting when I would get a migraine and now it has progressed to just having the urge to vomit and later the onset of a headache will occur. However when I vomit, it is an unusual color and texture. It is florecent orange with what as I can best describe as a oil and water texture. When I went to the doctor they told me that it was probably acid reflux and perscribed me medications which at first helped but in the past month have stopped working. I have been facing vomiting every night and my migraine has gotten so bad that my head wants to explode. I usually wake up feeling at least okay but as night rolls around I just feel like I want to die my whole body hurts, and its extremly hard to control the vomiting. Was my doctor right that it is just acid reflux or is it something more serious. I am also worried about my esophogus because it burns now when I eat and drink. What can I do or take to help me keep this under control or should I not be worried?
