Oily stools

Hi, I'm a female and 21 years of age. I'm having some problems uderstanding my body at the moment.. I'm not sure if oily stools is an accurate description of what I am experiencing. The reason for this is that there is never any real 'stool' present. Instead it is only a fatty, orange oil that leaves my body. besides that I am not experiencing any other symptoms or discomfort. Is this a form of diarrhoea? It is not very easy to control as I am also experiencing a big flatulence problem, thus everytime I pass gas I leave big blots of oil on my underwear and have to go home to change. If I keep my farts in my stomach gets bloated and soar. The best way to secribe it is that it looks like when someone soaks up the oil of a pizza with a napkin. If I take diarrhoea medicine it improves, but only for couple of hours and then the oil starts again. Besides for the oil I haven't pood for days. It happens all day long, but has only been happening for about 3-4 days. Although, I had the same problem roughly a year and a half ago but it stopped after a couple of days. I read in your other responses that it might be a form of malabsorbtion of fat, but I have been eating really healthily for a couple of weeks and have hardly consumed any fat at all (good or bad) for the last 2 days. This is really silly but at first I just thought its some bizarre way of losing weight because I've been so healthy. I'm a tad confused.. Should I just carry on taking diarrhoea medicine or does this oil need to leave my body?

Malabsorbtion caused by crohns or even celiac disease. Go see a doctor, either way you need to know why you are having these problems...
