One in a Million chance Complication - Help Needed Please

I recently had my gallbladder removed and was sent home the same day.  Within 48 hours I was completely septic and had to be taken to emergency.  My surgeon did a second operation and discovered I was leaking some sort of fluid and put in a drain.

This fluid is not bile.  She said it is fluid from my Lymph Nodes.  She said that it is over a one in a million chance of this happening.  She doesn't know how to fix it.  She hasn't told me anything, she doesn't even know if it will stop on its own.  I can't find anything online or through friends about this.

I am terrified.  If anyone knows anything please respond.  Thanks.

Here is an update:

I went to the doctor today and asked some questions.

Nothing is cut inside of me, I don't need another surgery.

It is for sure Lymph Fluid.  The reason it isn't absorbing into my body as it should be is that my protein levels are low.  I am doing much better than after the surgery, at which point I was draining about 1500 ml of fluid every 24 hours.  I am now down to about 200 ml every 24 hours.

The doctor recommended that I eat alot of protein rich foods (beef, tuna, eggs, peanut butter) and I also picked up a protein shake mix.  It doesn't taste very good, but I am willing to eat or drink anything no matter the taste if it means that I will get better.  I found that it is really hard to eat alot of protein since I don't have a big appetite, I am only about 120 lbs normally so I never ate alot.  I have lost about 10 or 15 pounds so I am really stuffing myself trying to get better and get back to my weight.

Unfortunatley she doesn't know why my body started producing so much lymph fluid after the surgery, she said it was just my body's natural reaction.

So everything seems to fine for now.

I have no idea what could be going on, but you NEED another opinion.  Ditch this surgeon and see someone else - hell, even your family doc could turn you in the right direction, but you gotta ask!
