Ongoing Upper/Mid Stomach Pain/Vommitting/Etc

Hi, I am 20 and have had severe stomach pain in the upper/mid stomach for around a year or so now. I have had upper and lower GI, CT scans, ERCP, Ultrasound, Endoscopy, MRI, and the dye x-rays (barrium I think?), and have had my galblatter removed (had sludge but no stones). I had the ERCP in the middle of May, and both stints are now removed, but I STILL have the pain, as well as nausea, occasional vomiting and diarrhea. I am still on the >20g of fat diet, and follow it well, drink only water, skim milk, and sprite/7-up. Mornings are definately the worst for me, and I have to be at work at 6:00 AM, which is really hindering my working, as I am missing many days due to throwing up and severe pain. I am sick and tired of being miserable and having to lay on the couch instead of doing activies and living my life. I just don't know what to do anymore. I have scheduled another visit to my Endoscopic Dr. but I'm getting tired of tests that show nothing and surgeries that only help for a couple days, then it all comes back. I do not use tobacco, eat anything fatty or acidic, and no alcohol. I do not take any meds except Adivan and occasionally Prillosec. The ONLY things that seem to help are Adivan (Vallum? I was told...is it? jw), pot, and/pr about 4 huge gulps of Pepto Bismo, which I know is not good to use all the time.

ANY HELP IS GREATLY, GREATLY, GREATLY APPRECIATED !!! THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!

I try to stick with the under 20 grams of fat diet that my Dr. has given me. Only lean meats, small portions throughout the day instead of 3 big meals, lots of fruits, vegetables, no sweets or junk food, I don't drink any soda besides Sprite/7-Up, and I've learned what not to eat and avoid that the best I can. Wheats/Grains do not bother me at all, as I eat them quite a bit. I have already tried avoiding them, and that is not my case. I did talk to my Dr. today and he said I am still healing from my ERCP, and I will be like this (it's normal?) for around 8 weeks, then if I still have the pain, it's probably Chron's... which I hope not.

Thanks for the comment

What is your diet like?  I might suggest eliminating all wheat, barley and rye from your diet as there is a protien, Gluten, in these items that can cause your symptoms.  Search Celiacs Disease or Glutten Intollerance and see if your problems are in line with these two issues.

failed to mention I'm normally (say 6 months ago) 120-130 lbs, as of today I am around 100 lbs. I have missed almost the whole semester of college (before job) and failed due to surgeries during May so I didn't get to take finals or drop the classes, now stuck with F's for this semester. This is really holding me back from a lot of things that I cannot do at all anymore due to I always feel like **** because of the pain and/or nausea.

Thanks for helping once again!
