Hi,
Since February, I've lost 25 pounds. I've been eating extremely healthy but dairy foods and sometimes meat started giving me really frequent stomach and bowel problems once on my diet (never before then). When I didn't eat them I was fine, so I thought maybe I was developing a lactoseGalactose-1-phosphate uridyltransferase Lactose intolerance Lactose tolerance tests problem. But I went off my diet for 2 weeks and started eating really fattyXanthoma foods that I haven't eaten since before February and now I'm having pain in my upper right abdominal area. I'm back on my diet and it still has a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys pain. The pain is not disabling, more just annoying. And it comes and goes. What I want to know is, because its only minor, can I just cutCuts and puncture wounds back on fattyXanthoma foods and it should be fine? Or is this something I need to go to my doctor about (because I'd really like to avoid going if possible)? Thanks!
