Overweight/Penis Question

Hello everyone. This is my first time doing this so I am a little nervous. I really don't know how or if this will work but I guess I can try. I know that a proper diagnosis cannot be be distinguished over the internet but I just wanted an opinion. I just turned 24 and is hovering around 345 pounds. I am currently dropping weight due to me being on the Insanity exercise, but I have never been a small guy. Ever since I was 8 years old I was overweight. I went to my local doctor on Wednesday and he said that I have perfect health, (no high cholesterol, no high blood pressure, etc). The main problem that I am experiencing, and is very embarrassing to discuss which is why I chose this platform, is that my when not erect my penis retracts completely into my body. When erect I am 4 1/2-5", but I still have some left inside of my body as well. I have had plenty of intercourse, but its somethings I just can't do because of this problem which is very embarrassing. I am also a premature ejaculator and is womdering if this plays a part in this as well?
