Ive been haveing bad stomach pains and throwing up every morning and sometimes it will go away later on. Ive been to the emergency a couple of times and doctors dont know what it is ive had this for 5 years now and it goes on and off it just started back up

There is no need to have 3 bowel movement every day.  Everyone is different and it is normal to have a coupke bowel movements each day or only one bowel movement every couple of days.  As long as there are no other symptoms both of these are perfectly normal.

Jaziah, I would recommend you see a gastroenterologist about this and get some testing done.

It can be a problem associated with eating too late at night, try eating earlier in the evening.   Also give your tummy some time to wake up in the morning, sip warm water slowly, relax and watch the sun come up.  If that doesn't work look at how you are eliminating; you should have 3 nice poops a day.
