By my current knowledge, only colonoscopy with biopsy can reliably confirm intestinal CANDIDA.

The second way to (only) guess diagnosis, is to have characteristic summary of  symptoms: oral thrush, craving for sugar, symptoms worsen after sugary meal, mood swings, rectal itching. Other common but non-characteristic symptoms are bloating, constipation or diarrhea. Stool may be whitish or with white or black clumps of yeasts of pepper to pea size.

The third (but the first to try) thing which speaks for candida, are symptoms which improve in first days, then get WORSE, due to massive candida dying, and then improve again.

LEAKY GUT SYNDROME (LGS) may be a result of candida overgrowth. There is one test which suppose to speak for LGS:

(open the link and searh (CTRL + F) for lactulose )
Leaky gut syndrom (syndrome) causes a variety of weird symptoms, like uncommon allergies, psychic disturbance, general irritability...

In your case, I'd suggest colonoscopy. Biopsy can show if there is candida, or what also seems to be likely: Crohn's disease...or something other.
