PROBLEM

by sweetestboysf, Nov 29, 2002 12:00AM
Hi all, I found  this forum just by chance. I’m Bulgarian and my English is not very good. However I would like to share my problem with you . As most of you, I’m writing on the occasion of a health problem, which I faced with , a short while ago. I could not find  an answer that satisfied me and that’s why I’m asking: Since one year approximately  I have a sore throat and  cold nose that  attending  every day. I don’t know if the cold affect my throat or the throat provoke the cold but however both symptoms are presented. I visited few times ENT specialist, I made up complete blood tests 3 times, ( all of them shows inccreased Cholesterol and the last one show extremely high Total Protein) all other indicators are correct. I made an X-ray of sinus which was normal I mean it was mentioned “ No sighs of Maxilary and front sinuit”, “Overshadowed etmoid cells” My GP said it is normal. I made also examination of nose and throat  secretion which shows “ Corinebacterium pseudodiphteriae, and Streptococus coagulase. I took 10 days antibiotic Oxacilin and all was normal. Much to my regret the cold is still presented and my throat is also sore. I have so called ‘subfebrile temeperature’ 37.1 – 37,4 celsius. I made a several other examinations  including Stomach and Esophagus x-ray. They found a chronic gastrit and stomach ‘cascade’ ( this examinations I made because I have a problem with heartbrums from years) Some doctors sugested to make also panoramic x-ray of teeth. I would like to ask you for oppinions pls. A lot of  nerves and money I spent  but no result by now. Thank you !

Dear all,

I cannot say pain but it is like ... stinging and it is in the center and 3 fingers right from the lower  esophagus. I feel heartbrum in my stomach and in the throat. So that is all. Is there anyone with similar symtroms and succesfully treated?
