removed due to the fact it ruptured and there was an abscess still left behind. I was in the hospital for like a week and had a tube put into my to drain the remaining infection.
Shortly after when I was still recovering I still had an abdominal pain, particularly on my right side. The pain never goes away, it can be dull but still there. I've been to 4 doctors that are all puzzled. The first doctor side it might be scar tissue and to take Ibuprofen
- that didn't work. The second doctor said it could be my gallbladder, I go in for a CT scan only to find minor sludge. So the second doctor sends me to a surgeon to talk about getting it removed. I then go to the surgeon only to hear he's not convinced and wants to do more tests, sends me to another doctor. The current doctor I'm seeing did blood work; normal, took stole samples to check for blood- normal, took a sonogram and didn't see sludge in my gallbladder. Today I got a camera down my throat
is, I don't know what it is and doctors don't know either. Can scar tissue really cause pain and discomfort? As I said sometimes it's dull, most of the time, but right now it feels really sharp. It does tend to get worse when I eat too.
Just looking for some insight and ideas on what anyone thinks of this because I'm fed up with it and want to get this fixed. Thanks.
