Pain Upper Right Side-Moved to lower right sharper

Pain Upper Right Side-Moved to lower right sharper

I don't know what's going on and I hope someone can give me some tips. Back in 2006 I got my appendix removed due to the fact it ruptured and there was an abscess still left behind. I was in the hospital for like a week and had a tube put into my to drain the remaining infection.

Shortly after when I was still recovering I still had an abdominal pain, particularly on my right side. The pain never goes away, it can be dull but still there. I've been to 4 doctors that are all puzzled. The first doctor side it might be scar tissue and to take Ibuprofen- that didn't work. The second doctor said it could be my gallbladder, I go in for a CT scan only to find minor sludge. So the second doctor sends me to a surgeon to talk about getting it removed. I then go to the surgeon only to hear he's not convinced and wants to do more tests, sends me to another doctor. The current doctor I'm seeing did blood work; normal, took stole samples to check for blood- normal, took a sonogram and didn't see sludge in my gallbladder. Today I got a camera down my throat for him to look in my stomach, only to find little erosion's which he claims might be from me worrying about the pain.

Now it feels like the pain is more sharper and moved down to where my scar is where my appendix is, I don't know what it is and doctors don't know either. Can scar tissue really cause pain and discomfort? As I said sometimes it's dull, most of the time, but right now it feels really sharp. It does tend to get worse when I eat too.

Just looking for some insight and ideas on what anyone thinks of this because I'm fed up with it and want to get this fixed. Thanks.
