Pain after surgery for adhesions ???

Hi everyone,

I am brand new and just found this site, sorry in advanced if not posted properly.

My story: I had surgery for adhesions 2 weeks ago. I came home and had horrible pain 1 day later that needed major narcotics to get me comfortable. Anyway, called the surgeon who said it wasn't anything he did and basically blew me off. I called my gyno. who saw me immediately, put me in the hospital for a CT scan and bloodwork because I had a fever and a small bulge on my bottom left side. The CT showed air from the surgery and bloodwork was okay. He sent me home with pain meds. and a followup after I heal some more.  I understand pain due to remaining air but this is constanting pain and cramping especially after I eat.

Questions: Everytime I move I can feel my insides shifting all around is this normal? I was told it is because my organs were all together and now separated. (?)
Eating is scary due to the horrible cramps and pain in my lower left abdomen. Any idea when this may subside or what the cause may be?
Also my insides in my pelvic area feel lowered as if I can almost pin them back up.  What might that be?

I have already had my gallbladder removed, and a hysterectomy, cystocele and rectocele (not sure of pronunciation and spelling) of which never caused as many problems as this. This is kicking my butt.

Look forward to all your comments.

THANK YOU!!!!
