Pain below belly button on waistline a couple of inches to right.

I recently (about 3 days) started having pain below my belly button on the waistline about 2-3 inches to the right.  The pain is centered to an area around 2 inches or so.  It is not constant, but off and on throughout the day.  A lot of the time movement makes it hurt worse, but that is not always true.  At times it can start hurting out of nowhere.  I also feel pain when pushing on the area (some pairs of non-elastic pants do not feel good either).

For approximately 3 months I have also suffered from acid reflux, heartburn, diarrhea, and other similar problems.
