Pain during Hidascan? Results were normal.

I am a 27 year old male.

Back in July, I had right side pain that referred to other areas.

My PCP suspected gallbladder problems. I already had GERD, so he prescribed Nexium and tests.

Ultrasound came back normal. Hidascan results were "normal", but I was in considerable discomfort after the injection.

My PCP was not too concerned, but now the pain has returned.

Was the pain during the Hidascan injection a sign that my gallbladder was starting to "go bad"?
