Pain in RUQ

For the past few weeks I've been experiencing some dull, crampy pain in my RUQ. It's more annoying than anything, but sometimes I feel these "spasms" where it feels like someone is squeezing my insides in that general area (under my ribs, RUQ) These spasms last for a few minutes and then sibside. I am clueless to what it is. I am about 26 weeks pregnant and am brining it up to my OB at my next appt in a few days. I had my gallbladder removed about 1.5 years ago after my first baby, so my GB obviously isn't the issue, I was curious if maybe it was something to do w/ my liver, but that'd just be speculation.
