Pain in intestine/abdominal upper shoulder

I have these symptoms: pain in the intestine/abdominal area.  I also have pain in on upper right shoulder and neck.  I am also tired all of the time.  I have done blood test but they all come back normal.  Can someone tell me how these are inter-related somehow or point me in the right direction?

The pain in intestine/abdominal area and upper right shoulder and neck could be Gall Bladder problem. Do you have pain under your right ribs?  You should ask to have a Gall Bladder scan done to check it out. If that comes back clear ask for further tests to be done ie endoscopy, abdominal X Ray. Don't know about the tiredness, but pain itself can make you tired. Let me know how you get on.
