I have had a pain in my right side for about the last three days. The pain feels like the stitch a person might get from running. But, the pain occurs when I am sitting, standing, laying, being active or inactive. The pain is not constant, it is more like a pain that I feel twinging about every 10-15 seconds, throughout the day. My job consists of a lot of work on a computer, so, I am wondering if perhaps it is my posture which is causing the problem, or my chair is not suitable. I do make it a point to walk every morning for about 20 minutes. But, that may not be enough to make up for being seated for a majority of the other 7 1/2 hours I am at work. Thanks for the input.
i have had that pain, i have been having strange right side pains and aches since august, started in the lower right side as more of just some weird pain that i cant quite explain other than general pain. but then it did move and change and for a while I had this ache like a stitch, never found out what is bothering me, still on the search. My pain was more constant though, if i were you Id maybe try some co-Q 10 it could help you maybe.
