Pain in right side around gallbladder area/

I have had a pain in my right side around the gallbladder area. I had my gallbladder out 26 years ago. I have also had alot of gas. My father died of liver cancer and I wondered if your liver would give you those symtoms?

Right abdominal pain can result from nay cuuases. Liver inflammation and infiltration is one possible cause for right sided abdominal pain but is not a frequent etiology.
