Pain in stomach won't go away after hunger pains

Well, I know exactly when this started. I went a few days without eating and just drinking water and ended up with sever hunger pains. I went without food since I had lost my job and was without funds after the first of the month when rent and bills are due. Anyways, ever since then I haven't really been able to shake this pain in my stomach. It feels a lot like still being hungry, but gas at the same time. Even though I feel hungry, it's hard to eat at times. When I do eat, I try to load up on solid foods. Sometimes the pain will be mild after eating or coating my stomach, but it has gotten really bad and spread throughout my body resulting in sharp pains. Now, I still feel gassy, burping and of course the other... :).
My bowels look something like diarrhea every now and again, but mostly solid. I'm not sure what it could be.. so please give me some feedback. Thanks!
