Pain in the fork of my stomach and back.

I have been experiencing pain in the fork of my stomach. I hurts all the way through to my back. It feels like I have been punched in the stomach and almost feels bruised. I am always bloated and it makes me short of breath. I have a lot of pressure pushing upwards on my ribs.I have had my gallbladder checked last year and it turned out NOT to be the problem. I also experience a lot of diarreha and then turns to constipation after a few days. I have lost weight every where except in my stomach which seems to stay the same.

Have you been checked for IBS?  It sounds like similar symptoms to IBS.
