Pain inside my butt/sac area I get when playing soccer

For the past two years, I have been playing with this pain that I get when performing fast/abduction movements. Any time I seem to do sissors or fast dribble movements on the ball or quick sprints laterally, I get this inflamation (inflammation) inside of my butt, and it prevents me from using any type of full motion because of the type of pain that is injected with those certain movements. When I take a iduprofein, it usually is completely gone and I'm able to train with no pain. Sometimes I have to use my fingers to massage the inside and outside of my anal cavity to release the muscle or ligaments inside there from spasing. If anyone has any tips on what this could be please let me know. Thank you.
