Pain lower right abdomen ? Help please,

Hi all I've been experiencing lower right abdominal pain, for now over two weeks constant. It can vary from mild to fairly bad, I'm not at screaming on the floor pain more a consistent pain that goes from low right abdomen up to my navel and on bad times right across from lower right to left abdomen , I've also started getting flank pain on right side but not sure if it's a pulled muscle or connected, when I lay down and prod around my lower right side of abdomen about two inches down from navel then a inch or so across to the right deep inside is where the pain is stemming from ., the bloods they took at the hospital were fine showing no infection, and they did a ultra sound scan, gallbladder kidney pancreas and both ovaries were all ok but on checking right ovary I said that's where it hurts deep inside . So she did a internal scan and went over to the right overy, still looking fine, I told her something is painful there as I could feel it, so she moved the probe scanner around and bang she hit something that had me jump right up and hold my right lower ab quickly , hurt so much it brought tears to my eyes, she went there slowly again and she told me what she was looking at was a portion of my bowel, she said it looked static? And was sitting low in my pelvis, she couldn't see the rest of the bowel or intestine or appendix as her scanner is not that advanced , and would need other test to see them properly, she said she was writing back to the doctor on the ward I was on to tell him her findings on the pain area / on the bowel to see if he would send me for further investigation, all he did was send me home , when I asked what the problem was he said I don't know," but can give you some pain killers to take home with you, to which he never bothered, it's nearly a week on and still in pain, same places, but I can feel the pain stems deep from the lower right abdomen , I've felt tired, a feeling of un wellness , I've felt nausea but haven't been sick, I'm not off my food as I still feel hungry, but notice it hurts more sometimes after meals, (not every time)  I've tried laxatives and they worked for what they do but not for the pain, I've taken ibs tablets , did nothing, tried all the tummy salts, pro biotic yogurts the lot and nothing has settled it, Ive taken pain killers and it is still there,  I've noticed sometimes when my bladder is very full, and I relieve myself I can feel the pain on the right lower abdomen , any ideas what this could be id be greatful . Thank you ....

Thank you for replying ii reckon you hit the nail on the head there, as I've not long got back from my gp, he thinks it could be a twist in my intestines , he wants more bloods done, and he is going to investigate the matter, that stupid doctor from the hospital that sent me home with nothing failed to tell me I was highly anemiac and my doctor noted it today on the results and has put me on 300mg of iron pills, makes me think what else has that doctor overlooked, crazy because some of the most serious conditions don't have you screaming in pain but gives you no pain or constant pain, mine the latter and from last night  its moving round into my back right side ( same side as the abdomen pain ) the pain feels like I hVe a kidney infection but with right abdomen pain too, I know this pain as I have had a kidney infection years ago and remember the pain. It seems I'm in a waiting game before anyone does anything about this matter , but at least my gp is on it now  , I just hope nothing bad happens to my intestines before  they work out what it is 100%  I'll continue to keep my bowel moving , thanks for all the good tips  I'll take that on board as its kinda scary not knowing what's really happening to your body but your getting all the pain for the problem whatever it may be x

Sounds like some kind of intestinal blockage. Time to find a better doctor, cuz the one who just sent you home is a complete moron. You need to search your area for a good Gastroenterology who will mostly likely need to do a colonoscopy and/or endoscopy to see what the problem is.
I see you have tried laxatives...are you constipated? If so, I would suggest you continue the probiotic, maybe find a stronger one (health food stores in refrigerator are the good ones). Also try benfiber or metamucil or some fiber supplement and drink lots of water. But def get to a GI specialist as soon as you can.
