Pain on left side under rib

I just found out that I had cysts on my pancreas they are small but are the probably the cause of the pain on my left side under my rib that radiates to my back. I have nasaeu, feeli sick all over and can not function.
I found out forcing someone to do an MRI with contrast on the abdomen checking mainly the pancreas,liver and kidneys. I aslo have cysts on kidneys and hemageomas on liver.
But the symptoms I have appear to relat to the pancreas. Now what to do. I will be seeing my GI doctor to see what he suggests. the sizes are 2.5mm and I have two of them.

I also have had the left side pain, watery, loose stool. I lost 10 lbs. in a month and half. I went to see a Doc. reffered by friend. Very nice doctor, he thought maybe C-Diff was the issue because a couple months before I was on levequin for a bronchial infection (and antibiotics can kill off the good bacteria your body needs as well and sometimes the bad bacteria come back with a vengence!), a few weeks later the diahrrea started and then the weight loss, nausea etc.. so he ordered a Ct with and w/out contrast to check for inflammation in colon or intestines,nada, but did show a cm. spot on my liver? and a abnormal shaped gallbladder?, So then I had blood test and stools tests neg. twice for c-diff, blood test showed normal!? told to take metamucil w/ 4oz. water 2-3 times a day and put on metronidazole in mean time he orderes me to have a ultrasound, that showed a .5mm polyp in galbladder but none of these would cause my symptoms??? So I had another stool test to check for the C-diff again cause you can have it and be negative , they usually like 3 tests before dimissing it. My stools have improved with the metamucil and I have started eating regularly again, yay! But I believe I will be having a colonoscopy just to be sure! I have two aunts with chrons disease so I'm being extra cautious cause I'm still having the occationally left side pain??? and waiting on the results of 3rd stool test. thats all for now, we'll see what these tests show?
But my other (anxiety) doctor believes it might be my anxiety meds or the anxiety itself????? but before I start messing with switching those meds I'm gonna finish with this doctor 1st!!!! To confussing to go back and forth!!!
