Pain on right side back under right rib

3 weeks ago i felt a pain undre my right side undre my breasts and now the pain is on the right side on my back.
I have being to my doctor and he find nothing wrong with me.
This pain i have is occur during the night.

Dear fowl, I have the same pain under my right rib cage and the pain goes to under my arm pit and to the back. I get the pain mostly during the mor ning when I get out of bed, It's like some is pressed or moved to cause the pain.I went to the doctor and I was diaognised with H-Pylori.This is a micro-organism ( bacteria) that lives and hides in the blood and usually attacks the stomach lining or lower aesophagus.Apparently the pain may be moving towards the right side as well as the left( sometimes) I am taking heavy medication but pain still there.I'd advice you to go check if you have H-Pylori.It may be the cause.

how long have you been having this pain and do you have any other symptoms? Does it affect your sleep much?
