Pain that just wont go away, right upper quadrant

I am a 25 year old female, not pregnant.  I have had a sharp, debillitating pain in my right side (upper) not right under the ribs, but pretty close.  I have tried antacids, diet changes, medical tests, pain control, and I have not had any success.  I have found minimal relief by applying pressure to my back, on the right side exactly opposite of the pain in the front.  I have been suffering from nausea (daily), vomitting (occasionally 1-2 week) , soft stools, inappetance and sometimes dizzyness.  Sometimes I am too nauseaus to eat or drink, which causes more pain with an empty stomach.  If I am having an "attack" as this comes in waves, I can not bend over, stretch or stand without causing more pain.

No relief with Tylonol 2 or 3, severe diarrhea of losec and nexium.  OTC antacids do not control pain.

Medical tests done were H. pylori - negative
Ultrasound- negative except cysts on liver and kidney
CT scan - negative
Gastroscopy- no ulcers

I am at my witts end here, and suggestions I can take to my Doctor?

You might try reading the gall stones/ gall bladder sections as it sounds like it might be that and they aren't always easily detected. Just a thought.
