Pain under left rib cage

Hi everyone! I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas...
I have been having constant pain/tightness under my left rib cage, directly under my left breast and towards the middle of my chest near my sternum. Nothing makes the feeling go away...even the chiropractor. I am now having pain near my left scapula, left shoulder and neck. When I was 17 (29 now) I had a case of costochondritis...could that be it? I went to the ER a few months ago when this first started and they said my heart was fine and a chest CT with contrast looked good. I don't know what this could be???? I should add that I have stomach problems as well...gas, bloating, constipation/diarreah, indigestion...
Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Hi, did you ever figure out the cause and do you still have the pain now? I have had almost same exact thing - several trips to ER and all. it is now thought with me that it is muscle spasms compensating for pain in my left shoulder which is due to bursitis. Please let me know if you have figured your pain out. Thanks!
