Pain

by PhotoGirl9, Nov 05, 2008 04:56PM
So Here is my Question: After I eat , 10 to 20 mins or so, I get this pain in my lower side of the stomach( soemtimes sharp). I am going to see my Dr next week. However any ideas what may be causing this or what test I should have done.
I was thinking (Ct Scan)!

Thank You for the help

hi, when you see your doctor, i suggest you ask for a h-pylori infection breath test, this infection is a prelude to gastritis and ulcers which cause pain and other symptoms after eating, if you come back positive then your doctor will prescribe anti-biotics along with proton pump inhibitor medication to eradicate the infection and to heal your stomach linning, in the meantime stay away from acidic foods and sweets.
