Pain

I am going to keep this as short as possible. I want to know if I need a second opinion. First let me list my symptoms and test results: RLQ pain (constant sometime excruciating) and pain with intercourse, diarrhea, nausea, loss of appetite, water weight (not associated with menses).  Tests: Stool samples negative, blood test: increase in lymphocytes, CT normal other than mesenteric adenitis 2 largest being slightly over 10mm. US normal. Colonoscopy& EGD: normal and biopsies normal. Final DX per Gastro Doctor: irritable bowel. All irritable bowel meds didn’t work for me.
I am taking medication four times a day for diarrhea, hctz daily for the water weight, and I have a very grumpy husband because I don’t want to eat and I don’t want sex due to the pain. It is really starting to interfere with my life and making it miserable. I really don’t feel like it is irritable bowel. It’s not my gallbladder (already went down that road and had that removed due to abnormal HIDA).  Could they be missing something??
Please help!
Sincerely,
Miserable
