Painful BMs accompanied by blood loss

Painful BMs accompanied by blood loss

FYI: THIS IS NOT A JOKE. I JUST ADDED SOME HUMOR TO THE POST TO HELP DAMPEN THE POTENTIAL SERIOUSNESS OF THIS PROBLEM.

Everytime I take a BM (bowel movement) it feels like my t*rds are packed with razor blades, twirling as they exit my bum. As they exit, blood will begin to rush out of my hole, leaving the toilet water very red. The oldest section of my poo (the part that comes out first) consists of dark brown, tightly-packed balls with a blunt end, the mid-section is a bit lighter in color and softer as well, while the tail is nice and fresh with a medium brown color and a soft, yet firm consistency that slowly tapers to a pointed end. They are very long and thick...on average about 8 to 12 inches in length and 4 to 5 inches in circumference. Just recently, I had the biggest bowel movement of my life. There were two "movements" in the toilet, each being roughly 12 inches in length and maybe 5 inches in circumference. I could feel it stretching my...well, you know...think about it like childbirth. Anyway, this has been happening rather frequently the past couple months and I'm now eating more fiber to avoid the terrible constipation and gigantic BMs, but I think all the straining and stretching has taken its toll on my exit hole. I'm guessing it's torn and it just won't heal because I'm pooping almost every day now, as opposed to once every 2 to 3 days, but there's a lot more up there to get rid of, so how will it ever heal (if it's torn, that is) without taking a break? LASTLY...the blood loss has been getting worse and I'm afraid each trip to the bathroom is making it worse. Just last night a huge blob of dark, bloody mucous came out with the usual contents and the water in the toilet bowl was very red. I'm so afraid...what should I do???

Give a hemorrhoid cream a try but do have yourself checked out by a doctor to ensure that is all it is.
