Painfull Burping

Burping never used to cause me to be concern until it became so painfull. First of all it stars like a back muscle ache. Then it feels like air is knotthing up in the wind pipe and finally coming up again and again for a while.

I had test previously and I had helicobacter. From reading on this site about other people experiences, I believe that this could be associated with the bacteria in my stomach. But I also noticed that sometimes I also get it after when I inhale wind while taking my pills and having water.

Thanks. At the moment I do not have any problem. But I will give it a go when it comes back.

It could be reflux.  I would try an over the counter medicine like prilosec or prevacid to see if it helps.
