Pains under both sides of my ribcage and back.

Every morning I wake up with pains under both my left and right ribcage. And I also have pains in my back. It takes awhile before the pain goes away. Then it seems like my stomach makes noises the rest of the day. I told my doctor,but he had nothing to say. Does anyone know what might be causing these pains. I would greatly appreciated it if someone could give me an answer.

check into gullbladder,gerd,or ibs,,,thats a start,,if your doc has no clue,better look into a new doc,,they should always have a idea at least if not the answer!
