Pale Stool but normal urine.

Pale Stool but normal urine.

A couple of months ago I had a couple of instances where my stools were pale.  I had a regular appt. with my endocrinologist and told him.  He asked if it went away and I told him it did.
Now, it happened again this morning.  My urine has been normal, definitely not dark.  I haven't taken any kind of antacids.

Had a colonscopy and ct scan 9 months ago because of constipation.
I had Hodgkin's disease over 10 years ago but ct scan showed no abnormal lymph nodes.  Only possible abnormal thing in CT scan was a possible wall thickening near splenic flexure(the report said get colonscopy to rule that out).  Colonoscopy came back clean.
Most stuff I've read talked about some form of jaundice but everything said pale stool AND dark urine.  My skin and eyes are not yellow either.

Thanks for your time.

I have some pain in my lower back in the mornings.  I'm pretty sure this pain is more relataed to muscular or skeletal pain..maybe from sleeping in a bad position.  It just doesn't feel internal but I guess I can't be sure.
If I had any other symptoms related to jaundice, I would definitely go back to doctor.  Everything I've read say that jaundice would be not just pale stool but also darker urine.  My urine isn't even close to dark.

If you are not having any discomfort from it then you probably shoudn't worry. it is normal for stool to change colors. if you were having some pain and you stool was a clay color then that could possibly be a sign of gall bladder issues.
