Pancreatic Cancer and left sided pain...connected?

I too am having left sided pain. Last year it started with pain in center(stomach area) Now it has progressed into left side. With this I have had weight loss, extreme dizziness, swelling(gaining weight back),diarrhea(most of which was yellow),constipation,indegestion(almost like a heart attack). The doctors found hydronephrosis of my kidney last year,later to find a blockage near ureter, cause being uterus applying pressure to ureter. Stent was placed and quickly caused a infection, ultimately leading to a 5 day stay in hospital to fight infection as well as as full hysterectomy. I am still having symptoms listed above and am now going to new new PCP appt Fri. This is all so bizarre. Need Input...What do you think?

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  Your post title has "pancreatic cancer" in it.  Do you have pancreatic cancer or are you just wondering if it is a possibility?  Have you had a CT scan done?
