Pancreatitis or no?

Hello, I am 20 years old. I was diagnosed at the age of 17 and told that my pancreas was "shutting down" due to the dramatic increase of my amalayse and lipase. I have been put in the best hospitals in my area multiple times and starved to bring my levels down(amalayse usually 300, lipase usually 600). I have been to multiple doctors and not one can tell me what is wrong with me. I have had MRCP, colonoscopy, upper GI, CT scan, MRI, gastric emptying scan and they all come back normal. The only thing my doctor said he could complain about is my stomach is emptying faster than most people. My doctor refuses to do anymore amalayse or lipase blood work because he said he knows they will be elevated and there is nothing he can do. I get so sick sometimes that I can not even get off the couch and take care of my one-year old. I stay throwing up and have strong killer pains in my upper left quadrant. I have tried taking creon because it is hard to eat because it hurts so bad. I do not drink, any advice would be extremely helpful! Thank you!

Pancreatitis is a definite possibility. But they say you don't have that? Anything show up in your endoscopy? like Gastritis or ulcer? These too can give you killer abdominal pain and vomitting. When one doctor can't help you, its time to find another. Maybe go to ratemd.com and find the best internalist, gastro, and whichever dr specializes in the pancreas, and go see them. And if it is your pancreas, they can remove it. it really *****, and it will mess with your immune system, and youll have to take medication the rest of your life, but maybe it would be worth looking in to. If it is in fact the pancreas causing all your problems.
