Pancreatitus-tryglicerides

Pancreatitus-tryglicerides

Looking for some help or ideas.  Had a bout of panceatitus in Jan, 08 due to (they think,) high tryglicerides, currently 3,000.  I don't drink and had gallbladder removed in 2001.  Had an ERCP in April 08 which caused a perforated duodenim and had surgery 2 days later to install 2 drains, feeding tube and J tube-in hospital for 4 weeks with that.  Since then several additional bouts with the pancreatitus (pancreatitis) in and out of the hospital.  Currently on Morphine twice  daily, norco, tricor, lovasa, anti nausea meds.  I continue to have severe pain (no relief even with 4mg of diulad) in the pacreas area but the lab tests for lipase show within normal range.  I throw up constantly but have gained weight and my abdomin (abdomen) is very swollen.  I am a single mom with an 8 year old daughter and have been unable to work or go back to school in over a year-living with my mom at this point-any ideas would be appreaciated.
