Parasitic Worms - Test?

Dear MedHelp Community,

I have an issue regarding parasitic worms:

I dug trough the forum and found lots of advice on how to get rid of them, but what i still need to know is this:
1) How reliable is the stool test? When i take and bring some of it to the doctor, and it comes back negativ, could it not be that what i brought to the doctor just did not contain any worms/eggs? E.G: How likely is a negativ test even though i am infected.
2) I have already taken medicine twice, Vermox and Helmex. Still, i experience some kind of ... tumbling in my belly in the mornings, and sometimes i find some ... white little stuff at my anus in the shower. Does that mean anything?

Well the stool tests are pretty effective and if it has come back negative many times that means that you have been treated of your infection and you need to accept it and stop thinking about it all the symptoms you are experiencing are psychological and the white stuff is just mucus.
