Pernicious Anemia w/ Chronic Stomach Pain

I have all of the same questions as Xenia.  I was told that once I became regulated on B-12 injections that the stomach pain would go away (this website "MedHelp" gives the same prognosis), but I've had it for 20 years and the over-the-counter drugs have not really been working for the past 5+ years.  Unfortunately my insurance will not pay for, and I can not afford, the "one pill, once a day" prescriptions.  I take excellent care of myself, and have an annual physical, blood work, pap, mammogram, colonoscopy and endoscope (all of which came back normal 6 months ago).
So, like Xenia, I would like to know if there are alternatives or other options for managing the stomach pain caused by pernicious anemia?

This discussion is related to pernicious anemia, food intolerances.
