Persistant abdominal cramps-main symptom

I am 30 yr old female and have pre ovarian failure and Add to dictionary thyroiditis. I went to the OB 3 separate times for what I thought was menstrual cramps. I had a vaginal ultrasound done two years ago, so no recent one was done in my 3 separate OB visits. The last visit the OB said it could be a gastro issue. I went to gastro and discussed my awful cramps along with symptoms of constipation followed by diarrhea and she ordered a flex sig and celiac test. Both normal. I feel like a hypochondriac but I am beside myself with abdominal pain with distended stomach. I don't want to keep having unnecessary tests but I cry myself to sleep and take midol everyday when I am post menopause. I've been having this abdominal pain for 4 months and sometimes it worse than other times. Whatever I have is not normal and I don't know what to do. Any advice would help.
