Tina, I know you're having a hard time handling this problem, but it's not a reflection of the 'true you' or cleanliness, or of anything to do with you. A lot of people unfortunately have to deal with this issue. The smart thing to do is to get to a doctor to have him/her check out the situation and get treatment. It may or may not be pinworms
, but the only way to know is to have your doc do some tests and figure out what you can take or try to rid youself of the discomfort. You really aren't going to be able to find 'something' in a drugstore, or get something from a friend that will help.
