Please HELP , Gallbladder, Colon

Ok my issues are not getting any better. I hope someone can help. It all started with a dull ache at my right rib, I then started to notice a dull ache all the way to mu lower right abdomen. I have since been have gas pain all over and I can alway hear and feel my bowels working its almost like rocks moving through my stomach. I think I can feel my right large intestine it sometimes protrudes from my stomach and is very hard all the time. I have had intermediate burning all through my abdomen and now I am have sharp twinges lower right upper right and even upper left abdomen, I have also started to have back pain. I am so lost, it does not seem to be affected by food and I always have some constant pain or ache. I also have Hashimoto's which is somewhat under controll due to synthroid. I am seeing a natupath and she is doing accupuncture and colonics. I have had an Abdominal/pelvic ct and abdominal untrasound and both were normal in may. I'm sorry so long.
