Please Help!!! Unnormal bowel movements

I have been normal most of my life. Regular bowel movements of once or twice a day. If I eat something that is greasy it can sometimes be more. Recently, in the last four days I have been going up to 6 times a day it is not loose but it is a sudden urge throughout varies times of the day. This has never happend, I have not recently travelled or done anything out of regular activity. I have not been on any new recent antibiotics. I'm a little stressed, I do drink a couple of red glasses of wine daily. Sometimes my lower right side of my back is sore.
