Please help digestive problems

I am a 34 year old male with digestive problems. I have not been diagnosed with anything yet. I have had diarrhea and stomach cramps over the years. I recently felt nausea in the mornings for about two weeks and decided it was time to see a doctor. I have not had any nausea for a few months, but my diarrhea and stomach cramps are getting worse. I have had alot of tests ran, but the doctors can not find anything definitive.  I have tried enzymes (Viokase 16, but they did not help) Any suggestions or comments on what to do next would be appreciated. Below are the test and results that have already completed.

1) Blood Tests: Relatives on both sides of my family claim to have had celiac disease, but I have been tested for the antibodies and it came back negative.

2) CT scan: every thing looked normal except for some swollen lymph nodes.

3) 48hr stool sample came back with malabsorption of fat (they said my was a 7 and normal was 5).

4) Colonoscopy came back normal with the exception of a pulip that was removed.

5) Second 48hr stool sample came back showing malabsorption of fat.

6) Endoscopic sonogram shows that I had 3 of 10 signs for pancreatitis and my risk was low to moderate. They said my liver was splotchy.  They did not do a biopsy of my small intestine though. They also found that I have a gall stone (3-4mm).

On a side note, I have also been getting small liver spots on my skin in the last few years. Has anyone heard of a correlation between liver spots and digestive problems?
