It is difficult to say without examination.
A collapsed gallbladder can be caused by stones or a mass. Further imaging can be done with a CT scan.

Primary biliary cirrhosis duct can also
leadLead poisoning to a collapsed gallbladder. An MRCP to look at the ducts can be considered.
