Please read me I need a answer???

Lately I have been trying to eat all kind of food like Barley veg soup make my own,Pasta whole wheat,bread whole wheat,baby food,I do eat pieces of chicken that's find,water make me sick I gag give's me belly aches,what else can I eat since I just had a severed attack IBS and it's still on and on.Bloated,nausea,headaches,I need someone who went true this period.Thank you pogo 514 Carmelle

Good morning boron It had been along time I'm constipate and I alway's drank water [not tap]Those big bottle that u put in the machine bottle.By taking a lot of medication in the past.Eaven taking water and fiber sometime it work and sometime it work and sometime it did not work,That's no news for me,I was so sick in February 2008 I was in Florida for a holiday at mom and dad and started there,that I had a severed attack of IBS it was the first time I had it so big something flare'd up and I dont no what.Since that day on February 17 I have been sick,I'm going to see my GP and I will ask him to refer me to see my Gastroentologist and a dietition.Thank you of answering me I really appreciated pogo

Water makes you sick? What water are you drinking - a tap water? There are different types of water, which differ in taste a lot, and make different overall feeling...You can try with Low/high mineral content waters, and see the difference. Anyway, if your stool is hard, it means you don't drink enough. Fibers always need to go with a fluid, since this is just the point of fibers - they attract water, and thus make stool soft. Fibers without a fluid may cause a terrible constipation.
