Polycystic Liver

I have polycystic kidneys, and have had a kidney transplant. I was told that my liver has cystics also. Is there pain, or enlargement of the liver with Polycystic Liver. I did inherit from my mother. I have 2 sisters and they are both fine. Actually one of them was the donor for my kidney.
