Possible Gallbladder problem? or something further?

For several months I have had several symptoms that are generally associated with a gallbladder problem, but after looking further I feel like I might have something different. I have not gone to my physician yet because I have a terrible problem with expecting the worse and so I continue to postpone arranging doctor's appointments with that fear. I have had diarrhea with mucous for several months, I have sharp painful stomach cramps practically daily, I generally have a feeling of nausea which is especially worse immediately after eating. There have been several nights I have woken up to the sound of my stomach churning, which a doctor has told me before was my stomach digesting, but I feel like it should not be happening as often as it does. In addition to those symptoms I also have disgusting belches on a fairly regular basis as well, usually AT LEAST once a week. I've had 3-5 instances in a 2 year span where I have felt an enormous amount of pressure in my chest under my ribcage and a shortness of breath because of it. I know that many women develop gallbladder issues after childbirth, and I have a 2 year old which is why I originally believed that to be my problem, but I have not read anything online about some of those symptoms and I was wondering if it could be something else. I have every intention of going to my doctor about this, I just would like an idea of what I might expect to hear from her. Also, on a side note, I am 25 and a fast-food restaurant manager, which naturally means I do not lead the most healthy lifestyle....I wondered if those late night greasy meals at work could be a trigger if it is a gallbladder attack, I know either way they are not something I should be indulging in.

Its very weird because there aren't always certain foods that set it off. My stomach really stays upset regardless of whether or not I've eaten anything at all, the nausea is the only thing that is really set off by eating, and I have noticed some foods that make the nausea worse....but the diarrhea is continual, regardless of what I've eaten. The stomach churning is also very random, it doesn't do it always and I can't really track it to any food. Thanks for a couple of more ideas though!

the cramping in the belly and stomach curning stuff does not suggest gallbladder...id say something more like colitis,or ibs,but i doubt gallbladder.
either way you need to find out and seek possible treatment, and you need to find out what agrivates the symptoms and cut them out of your diet!...dont be afraid,,you need to know, and youll feel better knowing its not something MORE serious,,right?
