You may also want to check out the possibility of celiac disease. Many of the symptoms you're talking about - including the neurological ones - could be related to a gluten issue.
I have been completely honest with my doctors and they havent helped me much. I am a virgin in a literal sense of the word and have never done drugs. I seriously only take pain killers like tylenol like 2 times a year. Really the only thing that I was taking at the time was regular protein powder supplement but I was taking less than it said on the can and I wasnt taking it daily.
Have you seen a gastroenterologist?
The Radiologist report of the scans of your spine should also make some incedental notes of your internal organs. What if anything did they say about your gall bladder?
Although not consistant with your age ,high bilirubin suggest gallstones ,although you haven't listed any signs of jaundice in your symptoms.
Do you take an excess amount of over the counter med's (Excess being higher amount than family members or friends) or frequently combine Ny-Quil and Tylenol , Tylenol and Sinus headache meds ect...Did the pain start and you went Tylenol crazy for relief and the Neurological symptoms only appeared after this?
Re-post and pay particular attention to your's and your familys medical history, Anyone ever have gallbladder problems, liver disease ect. Are you in the habit of one night stands , or recreational drug use? Have you ever been tested for Hep-A,B or C?
In any event I would get copys of the films from that Spine ct (Providing that it was actually a chest CT with special attention to the Thoracic spine) and have a gastroenterologist take a peek , redirecting attention to the liver, gall bladder and spleen, or simply have them re read by the original radiologist with special attention to liver, gall bladder ect (the latter might put a $600-$700 dent in your pocket since your health insurance most likely won't approve this without a doctors order)
Was all data compiled by a general Practitioner? If so don't have him reccomend a gastroenterologist, pick one yourself , that way his decision making won't be clouded by suggestions of your GP , and give him every bit of info about yourself, no matter how uncomfortable it may be to do so.... Mis-diagnosis is often the cause of a patient not being forth comming about things like sexual activity (multiple partners) or IV drug use ect....
Hope this helps...
