Possible Riedel's Lobe and side pain

I am a 28 y/o female, and have experienced pain in my mid abdomen where my liver would be. I feel a mass extending below my right ribcage, and have undergone two CT scans and pelvic/abdominal ultrasounds, all of which were normal. The radiologist said that my liver does extend below my ribcage, having a possible Riedel's lobe. However, I have been experiencing discomfort in that region and can constantly feel my liver. It is more painful after massaging that region, although it feels better while doing so. It also feels tight only in that area when I puff my stomach out by inhaling air. I also have pain after drinking alcohol in the mid right quadrant of abdomen (right of my navel), which sometimes extends to the back where my kidneys would be.

I am concerned because while the scans and ultrasounds are normal, I still feel pain. This has been persisting for two years. I want to see what options I have and whether an internal medicine physician could help with lifestyle or other remedies to alleviate the pain. Clearly the tests are not detecting the source of the pain.

Hello I am a 25 y/o female and I have been having the same problem, my tests have all come back normal except for slightly elevated liver enzymes. The doctors say that my liver could be enlarged due to being obese and no one else has ever heard of that. I am also having pain in the same area and just had a normal ultrasound today except that they accidentally found a riedel lobe when you find out please let me know I am tired of the pain as well! Good luck to you.
