Post cholecystectomy Pain

I had my Gallbladder removed 30 years ago. In August I had a flare up of GERD, saw the Gastroenterologist who recommended a EGD because of familial history of Gastric CA. He also doubled my dose of Nexium. Within two days I began with severe pain in the RUQ, radiating between and under the right should blades. The EGD showed mild reflux, no erosion etc. The pain continued, labs were drawn, all normal (lipase, amylase etc.) I had an MRI of the Biliary system, Pancreas and Iiver, all normal, the pain continued, now radiating around the rib cage. Not food related. The only relief was from Norco. I stopped the Nexium and it took over 6 weeks for the pain to subside. I had another flar-up of GERD 10 days ago with horrible nausea, and for desperation of relief I took a Prevacid 24hr (another Proton Pump Inhibitor.) Withing 12 hours the stabbing, brutal pain returned. Has anyone had any similar experiences with the PPI's? Does anyone know if they can caue Biliary Dyskineasia?
