Post cholecystectomy

Post cholecystectomy is there any kind of diet pattern to be followed ..If so ,is it to be continued for life long..And what are the immediate and latter complications,symptoms which needs medical attention.

As far as food goes, it might be wise to follow a low fat diet to allow your system to adjust for awhile. You're not going to be able to process fats the way you did previously and it could take some time to adjust.

When you do decide to reintroduce fats into your diet, do so slowly. If you find that you start to experience loose stools or diarrhea, consider cutting back.
