Presence of anti-mitochondrial antibodies... being told its nothing to worry about?

Hello, I am kind of worried about this despite the fact that my doctor doing my exams had said it was nothing to worry about.

I recently had blood work done which revealed that I had "mildly elevated" liver enzymes.  Because of this I had a slew of bloodwork done to check for everything from Lupus, to Hepatitis B,C etc.

When this result came back, it had mentioned that I had antimitochondrial memebrane at a level of 20.2 which was "Equivocal".  Now this already concerns me since a perfectly healthy person would not have this present in their blood, right?

Furthermore my albumin came back at 5.0 which is at a level that is pushing the edge of the normal range, with a GPT at 44 (normal range being designated from 7-40), and a total protein count at 8.5, where a normal range is 6.2 to 8.2.  However my alkaline phosphototase was at a decent range.  That is it was 66 in  range of 39 to 139, while D bilid, GOT, and Ti bili where also all within the normal range.

This being the case, is it indeed nothing I should heavily concern myself and just see it as one of my body's quirks?  This being that I do not smoke, rarely drink, and am on some meds which are taken in accordance with the Dr's orders.    Finally, would the fact that I have, or at least was born with Cyclic Neutropenia affect any of this?  (something I'd not yet mentioned to my new doctor... but which was diagnosed by my father who up until recently was my major health care provider. (He is an internist if that is relevant at all.).

Thank you again!

Hi there!

Well, the lab values described are well within the normal range and without the presence of any symptoms or findings that suggest further evaluation; these may be taken as normal and should not be anything to worry about. Most lab values vary normally between individuals forming the reason of having a normal range. Even slight deviation from the normal range is not usually considered abnormal.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!

Also this is just an OCD thing of mine... but I would like to apologize for the typos I've made.  I am not illiterate, but was somewhat concerned as I was writing this.  So I made quite a number of relatively dumb typos, and  other grammatical errors, and would like to apologize for this ahead of time!
